Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (instant downloads and non-tangible goods), all sales at offerXtools.shop are generally considered final. However, we stand by the quality of our digital tools and products and want you to be satisfied.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted, damaged, the download link fails to work, or the software does not function as described in the product listing, we will replace the file immediately. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download email or access to your product within 24 hours of purchase and we are unable to assist in locating the purchase, a refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@offerXtools.shop within 14 days of the purchase date. Include your order number and the reason for the request. For technical issues, please provide a screenshot or details of the error to help us resolve it quickly.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, your access to the purchased files will be revoked immediately, and your account may be suspended. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of delivery.
